About the role
We are expanding our Dubai and Sharjah offices and are looking for enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. In this full‑time position you will help clients buy, sell and rent properties while contributing to the growth of Diamond Bricks Real‑estate.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential buyers and tenants through various channels.
- Conduct property viewings, present features and negotiate offers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date listings and market intelligence.
- Prepare and follow up on contracts, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Strong communication and sales orientation.
- Passion for real‑estate market and willingness to meet targets.
- Open to fresh graduates and junior candidates.
