About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Real Estate Sales Officer to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for managing property listings, generating qualified leads, conducting viewings and closing transactions in both off‑plan and secondary markets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms.
- Identify and nurture high‑quality leads, focusing on high‑net‑worth clients.
- Organise and conduct property viewings, presenting features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers and close sales deals in off‑plan and resale segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Required profile
- Passion for real‑estate and a target‑driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, competitive and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Excellent negotiation capabilities.
- Polished corporate presentation skills.
