Recruitment Specialist – Full‑Cycle Hiring in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, fast‑moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end‑to‑end – from housekeepers and technicians to finance, technology and branch supervisors. This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role, where you make routine decisions and keep every vacancy moving.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment for every vacancy: intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and handover to onboarding.
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels, building a warm bench for recurring blue‑collar roles.
• Deliver volume hiring for housekeeping, maintenance, drivers and specialist office positions, including batch interview days.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, conduct reference checks, and continuously improve the hiring process based on pipeline data.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in hospitality, property or facilities operations.
• Proven track record hiring both blue‑collar volume roles and office/specialist positions with measurable metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent).
• Structured screener ability and decisive decision‑making within your remit.
• UAE residency and on‑site availability in Dubai five days a week.
