Registered Nurse – Home Health Care

About the role

The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care in a home‑health setting, creating and managing individualized care plans. This full‑time position involves assessment, treatment implementation, monitoring, documentation and patient education while traveling to patients’ homes in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop care plans and evaluate outcomes in accordance with international home‑health standards.
• Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, monitor vital signs and provide wound care.
• Document care accurately using electronic or paper charts and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate evidence‑based care.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the UAE with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities, including accurate charting.
• Effective communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage caseload efficiently and respond to urgent situations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
