About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive property sales in Dubai’s vibrant real‑estate market. The role requires fluency in multiple languages to serve a diverse client base and to build lasting relationships that translate into successful transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
• Conduct property presentations and organise site visits for prospective buyers.
• Analyse client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms and convert leads into closed sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of real‑estate sales experience with a property developer.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven, customer‑focused attitude.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Malayalam, Kurdish, Italian, Chinese, Arabic) are a strong advantage.
• Female candidates preferred; immediate joiners welcome.
