Remote Educator for AI Training – Part‑Time (80 $/hr)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to enlist experienced K‑12 educators who will help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The position is fully remote, flexible, and compensated at $80 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides.
• Develop parent‑teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, and classroom management plans.
• Produce school‑improvement and professional‑development materials such as guides and presentations.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to provide feedback on model outputs and improve accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in K‑12 teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school‑improvement documentation.
• Strong familiarity with standards‑aligned instructional design.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
