About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our remote team. You will play a key part in maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment, and ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including coordination of interviews and meetings.
- Assist with job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, internal communications, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Use HR systems and administrative tools to keep data integrity and improve workflows.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment support, or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
