Residential Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real estate sales company in Dubai seeking ten motivated Residential Real Estate Agents to join our Business Bay office. The role focuses on promoting and selling residential and investment properties while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Dubai.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through the sales process to successful closing.
• Stay informed on market trends, new developments and pricing.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai real‑estate sales is preferred; international sales experience is also welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and self‑disciplined.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Residency in the UAE is preferred.
