Revenue Management Systems Officer

About the role

As a Revenue Management Systems Officer you will support the delivery, enhancement and day‑to‑day evolution of Etihad Cargo’s digital platforms and commercial systems, focusing on the Cargo Booking website, API integrations and internally‑developed applications.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and coordinate bug fixes, enhancements and new releases for cargo systems in collaboration with DT&I and commercial stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of enhancements, fixes, integrations and new features across Etihad Cargo digital platforms.
• Act as a key contributor for the Cargo Booking Website, handling feature enhancements, requirements gathering, testing and vendor coordination.
• Support integration projects between cargo systems, customer platforms and third‑party applications.
• Assist in designing and delivering small internal applications, automation tools and operational support solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements from commercial, revenue management, pricing, sales, operations, customs and ground handling teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing, regression testing and validation of delivered functionalities.
• Track defects, support issue analysis and coordinate resolution with vendors and technical teams.
• Monitor product usage, operational KPIs and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Interest in developing technical, digital product and application development skills.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Ability to work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, vendors and development teams.
