Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will be the front‑line ambassador of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle stores, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards, understand needs and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when required.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain product knowledge to recommend and locate merchandise, including items from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.
• Support store operations by keeping the floor clean, tidy and well‑stocked.
• Follow security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Utilise advanced selling techniques to generate high‑value transactions and repeat business.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
