Sales Executive – Identity Security Solutions

About the role

SailPoint, the global leader in Identity Security, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the adoption of its Identity Security Solution across the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the primary point of contact for new prospects, guiding them from discovery through to a successful sale while collaborating with a virtual team of partners and internal experts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and develop tailored value propositions.
• Present SailPoint’s solutions and differentiate them from competitors such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Lead a cross‑functional team—including partners, presales, deal desk, professional services, and customer success—to close deals.
• Create and execute territory and opportunity plans that move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong discovery and qualification skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset; able to coordinate and hold multiple stakeholders accountable.
• Proactive “quarterback” who prepares teams for calls and drives initiatives forward.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise customers.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of identity security platforms and how they compare to Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
