Sales Executive – Plastic Polymers & Filler Masterbatch

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to drive growth in the plastic polymers and filler masterbatch market in Dubai. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and providing on‑site technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
• Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
• Track key sales metrics to ensure consistent performance
• Understand technical issues related to filler materials and film machines
• Provide on‑site solutions and technical support to clients when needed
• Follow up and ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Travel to customer sites and maintain a hybrid working arrangement

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales of plastic raw materials and filler masterbatch
• Preferred knowledge of film blowing/bag film machines and common filler‑related issues
• Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
