Sales Representative AE

About the role

Core Code io is looking for a motivated Sales Representative AE to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos and discovery calls.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities and activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery or support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently or within a remote team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
