Sales Representative – Car Showroom (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing car showroom in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional car‑buying experience, generating sales, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles within their budget.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, referrals, social media, online platforms, and networking.
• Follow up with prospects, convert inquiries into sales, and prepare quotations and sales agreements.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams for smooth handovers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Ensure showroom vehicles are displayed professionally and participate in promotional events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Multilingual ability (English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu or other) is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
