About the role

Sophie Couture is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its Dubai boutique. You will act as a fashion consultant, guiding clients through the selection of high‑end evening dresses while upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist customers in choosing luxury evening dresses, providing styling advice.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Stay informed about the full product range and upcoming collections.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high‑quality service.
