Scaffolding Coordinator

About the role

The Scaffolding Coordinator will oversee all scaffolding and formwork activities across multiple construction projects, ensuring they align with project schedules, drawings, method statements and safety standards. This role acts as the single point of contact for all scaffolding‑related matters, coordinating closely with project management, engineering, procurement, logistics and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor scaffolding and formwork activities in line with approved project documentation and safety requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day yard operations, including receipt, storage, maintenance, tracking and dispatch of scaffolding materials.
• Ensure optimal utilization, availability and traceability of systems, coordinating material movements between the yard and multiple project sites.
• Support procurement and logistics by creating and managing material requests, purchase requisitions and goods receipt notes, and following up on approvals.
• Liaise with external vendors such as PERI and DOKA for technical clarifications, deliveries, inspections and returns.
