Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Marketing Strategy (Bangkok Based)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a senior‑level analyst to join its data‑driven Marketing team. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will help shape measurable marketing programs that boost customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze experiment data, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and work with product teams on implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, generate insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or science).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or related analytical roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
