Senior Automation QA Lead – Conversational AI & Airline Booking

About the role

InspironLabs is looking for a Senior Automation QA Lead to own the testing strategy for conversational AI platforms and airline reservation systems. You will design, build and maintain automated test frameworks that ensure high‑quality delivery across web, API and AI‑driven applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java‑based Selenium automation frameworks.
• Create reusable test scripts for web applications and embed them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and execute API test suites using REST Assured, Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing of airline booking workflows, including flight search, reservation, ticketing, ancillary services and payment.
• Validate conversational AI chatbots and Generative AI/LLM applications for intent accuracy, context retention, response relevance and hallucination handling.
• Conduct responsible AI testing covering bias, toxicity and safety checks.
• Analyze results, log defects and continuously improve QA processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and AI Engineers in Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of hands‑on automation testing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts and Selenium WebDriver.
• Solid experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle and building automation frameworks.
• Proven track record in API automation using REST Assured and Postman.
• Deep knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON and XML validation.
• Domain expertise in airline reservation/booking systems.
• Experience testing chatbots, conversational AI and Generative AI applications.
