About the role

Mira Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Barista to lead its coffee service team in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines hands‑on beverage preparation with team leadership and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty drinks to premium standards.
• Mentor and train junior baristas, ensuring consistent skill development.
• Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Keep the coffee preparation area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any issues.
• Contribute to the creation of new coffee recipes and beverage offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of barista experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and passion for coffee quality.
