Senior Consultant – Supply Chain, Logistics, 3PL/4PL & Contract Logistics

About the role

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, UAE, the Senior Consultant will lead end‑to‑end research, consulting and advisory engagements across supply chain, logistics, 3PL/4PL and contract logistics, delivering measurable client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics, 3PL/4PL and contract‑logistics engagements from origination through delivery and closure.
• Develop integrated delivery plans, manage budgets, resources and governance structures.
• Conduct primary research and translate market, regulatory and technology intelligence into strategic recommendations.
• Advise clients on logistics operating models, outsourcing decisions, provider selection, network design and performance improvement.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, KPI frameworks and transformation road‑maps.
• Act as senior client lead, steer governance forums and ensure timely decisions.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, allocate resources and coach consultants.
• Own project economics, scope, margin, billing and risk control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, operations, economics or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, supply‑chain advisory or 3PL/4PL engagements.
• Proven track record of leading complex client‑facing advisory projects in the GCC region.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with supply‑chain analytics and modelling tools.
• Working knowledge of transport management systems, warehouse management systems, visibility platforms and control‑tower solutions.
• Familiarity with logistics automation and integration technologies.
