About the role

Gui Tea is seeking a Senior Export Sales Manager to lead B2B sales and business development for its matcha and beverage ingredient portfolio across the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle East. The role focuses on expanding market presence in the food‑and‑beverage, horeca, catering and wholesale sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales, distribution and new‑business development across the UAE and Middle East, targeting F&B, horeca, catering, retail and manufacturing customers.
  • Identify, acquire and grow strategic corporate accounts, managing the full sales cycle and conducting regular client visits.
  • Coordinate customised product formulations with the R&D team in China and oversee export documentation, shipping and order processing.
  • Build and manage commercial channels, including distributors, wholesalers and direct B2B accounts, and introduce Gui Tea products to café chains, bakeries and beverage factories.
  • Collect market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and pricing, and develop annual sales plans, budgets and strategic proposals.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, F&B, catering, horeca or wholesale.
  • Proven track record in business development, channel building and key‑account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities, with experience handling enterprise‑level clients.
