Senior Oracle BI Publisher & OTBI Developer – Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials reporting. The role will lead the design, development, and optimisation of complex financial reports, dashboards and analyses for Finance stakeholders across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses and Procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of custom BIP reports (RTF, PDF, Excel, eText) and OTBI analyses/dashboards for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Architect multi‑data‑model BIP reports with sub‑templates, bursting and conditional formatting for statutory, regulatory and management reporting.
• Build and optimise advanced SQL/PLSQL data models against Fusion Financials schema, including GL balances and sub‑ledger accounting.
• Act as technical lead for finance reporting requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable designs.
• Own performance tuning of high‑volume financial reports such as large GL extracts, aging, trial balance and financial statement generators.
• Design and manage bursting configurations for high‑volume outputs (invoices, vendor payments, expense reports).
• Lead migration and version control of BI objects across environments using Catalog Manager.

Required profile

• 8+ years total IT experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion reporting.
• Senior‑level expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials reporting.
• Immediate availability preferred; maximum 15‑day notice.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and own reporting architecture.
