About the role
Join a remote‑first digital marketing team in the United Arab Emirates, where SEO strategy meets emerging AI search technologies. As a Senior SEO Manager & Account Manager you will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, provide strategic guidance, and lead advanced SEO initiatives across technical, on‑page, content, and off‑site disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple SEO clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and measurable results.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions focused on SEO priorities and AI‑driven search trends.
- Conduct keyword research, on‑page audits, and implement recommendations for site structure, internal linking, and search intent.
- Oversee technical SEO improvements, including structured data, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
- Drive ethical link acquisition and off‑site SEO through outreach and authority development.
- Utilise AI‑powered tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, NeuronWriter) to enhance content ideation, production, and optimisation.
- Develop AI search optimisation strategies for conversational, voice, and zero‑click results.
- Monitor algorithm updates, AI technology shifts, and changes in user intent.
- Track performance with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio and translate data into actionable client recommendations.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience managing SEO client portfolios.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted strategic advisor and translate complex SEO insights into business recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on adapting strategies to AI‑influenced discovery.
- Experience shaping AI‑enhanced content workflows and visibility strategies.
