Senior Social Media Manager – Global (Dubai)

About the role

As the Senior Social Media Manager, you will define and execute Sokin’s global organic social strategy across key platforms, with a focus on strengthening the brand’s presence in North America while maintaining a consistent voice worldwide. Based in Dubai, you will work within the Centre of Excellence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive engagement, community growth, and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Set and evolve the global organic social strategy for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels, defining audience, cadence and success metrics.
• Create platform‑native content – posts, carousels, short‑form videos, scripts and reactive commentary – that translates company stories into engaging social formats.
• Identify and partner with fintech, payments and finance creators, managing outreach, contracts, brand safety and performance evaluation.
• Own community management standards, day‑to‑day engagement, escalation processes and social listening to surface market trends and opportunities.
• Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks and translate data into actionable recommendations, while overseeing tooling, governance and playbooks for regional teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of social media experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role within B2B technology, fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of setting global social strategy and managing multiple channels.
• Strong portfolio of platform‑native written, visual and short‑form video content.
• Excellent copywriting ability with the skill to adapt tone and complexity for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience building creator programmes and managing community engagement at scale.
