Senior Student Advisor / Counselor

About the role

A leading educational consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Student Advisor / Counselor to join its growing team. The role involves guiding high‑school students and their families through the university admissions process, primarily for top U.S. institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, students, and parents.
• Advise students on educational goals, course selection, registration, and program requirements.
• Provide detailed information on U.S. university admissions criteria and assist with application procedures.
• Conduct informational meetings and presentations at schools, education fairs, and other venues.
• Manage a portfolio of student cases independently, ensuring timely follow‑up and support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with high‑school students, parents, teachers, and counselors.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, solution‑oriented and able to multitask without supervision.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and confident demeanor.
• Fluent English communication skills.
