Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Takween Aldar Real Estate is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of experienced real‑estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai. This hands‑on role focuses on active sourcing, headhunting, and converting high‑quality candidates into successful hires.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt and engage experienced real‑estate agents and sales professionals.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and evaluate candidates for experience, performance, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure consistent candidate follow‑up.
• Negotiate offers, close hires, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
• Develop new sourcing channels and strategies to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Preferable UAE recruitment background; real‑estate recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated headhunting and direct‑sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and deliver results.
