About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Buildings and Master Planning to join its Consulting division. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves leading architectural projects, supporting business development, and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver architectural and master‑planning projects, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Respond to sales opportunities, RFPs and develop competitive bid proposals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, design teams, internal peers and external stakeholders.
• Apply creative, solution‑oriented design thinking across all work.
• Prioritise, plan and track progress of tasks, monitoring targets to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, delivering tailored architectural solutions.
• Fulfil the responsibilities of an Architect of Record and ensure compliance with local technical codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Several years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of KSA local technical codes and regulations.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to identify and propose impactful solutions for master‑plan or building projects.
