Senior Technical Software Engineer - Salesforce

About the role

Emirates is looking for a Senior Technical Software Engineer specialized in Salesforce to lead the design, development, and deployment of critical Salesforce solutions. You will work on Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI integrations and the broader Salesforce platform, providing technical leadership across the feature team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions, covering the full software development lifecycle.
• Conduct technical design reviews and enforce architecture patterns and engineering best practices.
• Drive adoption of test‑driven development, agile processes, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess solution viability and create proofs of concept.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues, including rare edge cases.
• Mentor and manage software engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery quality.
• Maintain and evolve existing products through corrective, adaptive, preventative, and perfective maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver large‑scale solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data‑driven outcomes.
