Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s Honda after‑sales team in Abu Dhabi. The Advisor acts as the primary liaison between vehicle owners and the workshop, ensuring a professional, transparent and seamless service experience from reception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, capture their service and repair requirements and prepare accurate job cards.
• Explain required work, provide cost estimates and confirm expected delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure on‑time vehicle delivery.
• Keep customers informed of progress, additional repair needs, approvals and any delays.
• Present completed work, invoices and service recommendations clearly at vehicle hand‑over.
• Promote value‑added services and contribute to individual service and revenue targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure all service documentation, billing and communication follow company standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive after‑sales or service advisory roles.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing job cards and cost estimates.
• Familiarity with workshop coordination and service documentation processes.
