About the role
The Service Experience Agent (Operator) provides front‑line support to guests at the BVLGARI Resort, handling inquiries and requests across multiple communication channels to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and process guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up calls and direct calls to the appropriate extensions.
- Log requests, coordinate with departments such as Bellperson or Housekeeping, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information on room features, property amenities, local attractions, and assist guests with internet and in‑room entertainment.
- Process room‑service orders, advise on menu selections and record transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
