SIMS Trainer

About the role

The SIMS Trainer will deliver comprehensive training on SIMS software suites to staff in international schools across the Gulf region and Southeast Asia. The role combines hands‑on product expertise with strong communication skills to support both group and one‑to‑one learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training on all major SIMS modules, including Core Suite, Assessment & Reporting, Financial Management System, Curriculum Management, Registration Suite, Admissions, inTouch, Learning Gateway, IEP Writer, and Fees Billing.
• Conduct workshops, small conferences, and one‑to‑one sessions for educators and administrators.
• Provide account management and post‑training support to ensure successful software adoption.
• Travel extensively across the Gulf region and Southeast Asia to meet client sites.
• Collaborate with international school stakeholders to align SIMS functionality with their operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience using SIMS products in a school setting.
• Background working in international schools and understanding their specific needs.
• Demonstrated ability to train medium‑ and large‑size groups as well as individual learners.
• Willingness and ability to travel without restrictions throughout the Gulf and SE Asia.
• Preferably based in the Gulf region with prior experience as a SIMS manager or equivalent.
