Site Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas EPC Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of a major offshore oil & gas EPC project in the United Arab Emirates. The role oversees all on‑site activities, from construction and installation to pre‑commissioning and hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall offshore site execution, managing construction, installation, pre‑commissioning and completion across offshore facilities and islands.
• Direct subcontractors, supervisors, foremen and discipline engineers to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, PTW, SIMOPS and offshore safety procedures.
• Coordinate offshore logistics, marine spread operations, vessel schedules and material movements.
• Monitor progress against Level 3/4 schedules and implement recovery plans when required.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with ADNOC, PMC, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Oversee mechanical completion dossiers, hand‑over packages, commissioning support and start‑up activities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 18 + years of Oil & Gas EPC experience.
• At least 7 years in a Site Manager or senior construction leadership role.
• Mandatory experience on ADNOC projects and offshore oil & gas construction.
• Proven background in brownfield shutdowns, tie‑ins and live‑plant modifications.
