Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the availability, performance and stability of Open Innovation AI’s AI workload management platform across customer environments, including on‑premises and air‑gapped installations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose incidents, apply fixes, and continuously improve operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain end‑to‑end AI platform components, including hardware, Linux OS, Kubernetes clusters and containerised services.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents by analysing logs, system behaviour and application output.
• Execute approved changes following Change Management procedures, such as system updates, configuration adjustments and component upgrades.
• Collaborate with product teams to deepen understanding of the Open Innovation Cluster Manager architecture and its deployment patterns.
• Document incident findings, root‑cause analyses and preventive actions to enhance service reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience supporting production environments with restricted connectivity or air‑gapped networks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, Linux, virtualization and container orchestration layers.
• Familiarity with Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to work independently, analyse complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly.
