Social Media Specialist – Beauty Salon

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Specialist to manage the online presence of our sister beauty salon at Palazzo Versace Dubai. The role focuses on building brand awareness, attracting new clients, and showcasing the salon’s services through engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Produce creative reels, stories, photos, videos and behind‑the‑scenes material.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality output.
• Schedule posts, engage with the community and respond to client inquiries daily.
• Monitor trends in beauty, social media and competitor activity.
• Support influencer collaborations and digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist, Executive or similar role within a beauty salon.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, treatments and client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
