Software Craftsperson – Flutter & React (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Software Craftsperson specialized in Flutter and React to join our remote engineering team. You will build high‑quality mobile features, tackle medium‑sized challenges, and continuously improve the maintainability of our codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver product features and small‑to‑medium engineering tasks.
• Apply sound technical judgment to create reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Break down ambiguous problems, identify risks, and communicate dependencies early.
• Deliver incremental MVPs frequently while upholding a high quality bar.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and refactor existing implementations.
• Follow software craftsmanship practices such as tidy‑first and scout‑rule.
• Consider performance, security, usability, and scalability in all designs.
• Collaborate transparently with teammates, sharing progress, blockers, and decisions.
• Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate design, testing, and delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong hands‑on experience building and maintaining mobile apps for both Android and iOS.
• Proven ability to work independently on medium‑complex features while seeking guidance when needed.
