Spare Parts Analyst – EPC Projects

About the role

The Spare Parts Analyst will support the delivery of large oil & gas EPC projects by managing the preparation, review and approval of spare parts documentation. You will act as a liaison between engineering, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely spare parts lists.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and vendors to prepare and submit spare parts list documents (SPIR, SPDP, etc.).
• Review multi‑discipline spare parts lists (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) for completeness and compliance.
• Generate status reports and present findings in stakeholder meetings.
• Interpret engineering documents such as PO, P&ID, GAD, BOM and datasheets to validate spare parts data.
• Facilitate the resolution of queries or deficiencies identified in the spare parts documentation.
• Support hand‑over of approved spare parts to the client for procurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience on construction of large oil & gas plants or EPC projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good management and problem‑solving skills.
