Specialist Medical Oncologist – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Specialist Medical Oncologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive oncology care, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with solid tumours and hematological malignancies.
• Develop and implement individualized cancer treatment plans based on staging, clinical condition and current guidelines.
• Administer and supervise systemic anticancer therapies, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and hormonal therapy.
• Monitor treatment response, manage adverse effects and coordinate urgent oncological care when needed.
• Interpret pathology reports, molecular studies, laboratory results and imaging.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists and other specialists.
• Provide cancer screening, risk assessment, survivorship care and supportive/palliative care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to audits, research and CME activities.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Medical Oncology (MD, DNB, DM, MRCP, FRCP, Arab Board or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialisation experience as a Specialist Medical Oncologist.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
