Sponsorship Officer – Ticketing & Hospitality Management

About the role

Manage the end‑to‑end administration, control, and distribution of Etihad’s global sponsorship ticketing assets across a portfolio of sports and entertainment partnerships. The role ensures accurate tracking, compliance, and efficient delivery of sponsorship tickets and hospitality assets.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, track, and distribute physical and digital sponsorship tickets worldwide for sports and entertainment partnerships.
• Coordinate ticket requests, approvals, allocations, issuance, and delivery while maintaining accurate records and governance compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, sponsorship partners, ticketing agencies, rights holders, and event organisers.
• Maintain ticketing data across multiple systems and produce reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for operational planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency in ticketing operations and reporting.
• Support the planning and delivery of sponsorship events and hospitality programmes by managing ticketing requirements and logistics.
• Contribute to sponsorship‑related projects and system enhancements, ensuring accurate documentation and audit trails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Event Management or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in sponsorship, events, ticketing, hospitality or partnership operations, managing inventories and asset‑tracking processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and process control.
