About the role
Join the Hotels team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi and help create memorable guest experiences through marketing support and office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support marketing initiatives: proofreading copy, assisting campaigns, maintaining calendars, coordinating internal projects.
- Assist with sales documentation: prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings.
- Perform daily office operations: data entry, invoice distribution, record‑keeping.
- Support special projects: coordinate departmental initiatives or ad‑hoc assignments.
