Corporate Affairs Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and articulate Corporate Affairs Specialist to support our corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management initiatives. The role works closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams to strengthen our corporate reputation and manage external relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate affairs strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Create corporate communications such as announcements, newsletters, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, regulators, industry associations, media and community organisations.
• Support senior management with speeches, talking points and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor policy, regulatory and industry developments and provide timely insights.
• Coordinate meetings, events, conferences and official visits.
• Maintain media relationships, prepare press releases and monitor coverage for reputation risks.
• Assist in crisis communication planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, HR and other departments on corporate affairs matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate affairs, public affairs, government relations or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to tone and professionalism.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse regulatory, political and economic developments.
• High level of discretion, integrity and judgment when handling sensitive information.
