Sports Medicine Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Talentspoc is looking for a qualified Sports Medicine Specialist to join its healthcare team in Dubai. The role focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing sports‑related injuries, helping patients achieve optimal recovery and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical evaluations of sports‑related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide non‑surgical management, including evidence‑based injection therapies when appropriate.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, orthopedic surgeons, and fitness experts to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, fitness maintenance, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Review and interpret diagnostic imaging such as X‑rays, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Maintain accurate medical records and monitor patient progress.
• Participate in continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification or specialized training in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine, or related field.
• Proven clinical experience in sports medicine and musculoskeletal treatment.
• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the UAE.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Diagnostic imaging interpretation (X‑ray, MRI, ultrasound).
• Injection therapy techniques.
