About the role

The Suite Butler at BVLGARI Resort Dubai delivers a seamless, high‑touch experience for guests, managing all aspects of their stay from arrival to departure. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures that every guest interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and late‑check‑out requests.
• Secure payments, activate or re‑issue room keys, and verify billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to monitor room status and address guest concerns.
• Answer, record, and resolve guest calls, requests, and inquiries, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Arrange transportation, provide directions, and supply guests with local information.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and manage daily reports, including credit‑card authorisations.
• Handle cash, vouchers, and other payment types, and reconcile the bank at shift start and end.
• Notify loss prevention/security of any theft reports and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
