Manager – F&B / Retail Concessionaire

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end performance of food & beverage concessionaires for a major client in Dubai. The role is contract‑based (14 months, renewable) and focuses on achieving contractual, operational, revenue and customer‑service targets while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractual performance of F&B concessionaires, ensuring obligations and standards are met.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for operators, guaranteeing smooth operations.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales and financial results, identify revenue risks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive growth opportunities by collaborating with concessionaires and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and support annual concession plans and tactical business plans for new and existing operators.
• Lead health, safety and operational inspections, ensuring standards are maintained.
• Handle contract expiries, debt issues, new commercial spaces and concept development.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of managerial experience in a commercial, hospitality, retail, mall or F&B environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, concession management and business improvement processes.
• Proven ability to analyse KPIs, commercial data and financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
