Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for large‑scale projects and critical hiring needs across our Sharjah operations. The role combines hands‑on sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and market insight to deliver high‑quality talent and support nationalisation priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from briefing to offer and mobilisation.
• Lead high‑volume, complex hiring for project mobilisation, ensuring timely delivery of talent.
• Partner with business and project leaders to understand workforce plans and critical capability gaps.
• Proactively source senior, specialist and hard‑to‑find candidates through market mapping, referrals and targeted channels.
• Support and develop Talent Acquisition team members, prioritising workloads and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout screening, interviews and feedback.
• Drive nationalisation efforts by identifying and progressing local talent.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, fast‑paced, multicultural organisation.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles and disciplines.
• Experience with large‑scale project recruitment and high‑volume hiring.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environments (design, project, advisory, transportation).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, partnering with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of regional talent markets and ability to translate insights into recruitment solutions.
• Collaborative, inclusive approach with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
