Talent Acquisition Specialist (French speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join our Dubai office. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for a variety of positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and select candidates across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and manage offer processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company’s value proposition.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions.
• Fluency in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience using social media and professional platforms for talent sourcing.
• Structured interviewing techniques and employer branding capabilities.
