Technical Project Manager (Climate Tech)

About the role

Nabat is a climate‑tech startup in the UAE that combines ecological science, GIS, AI and robotics to restore natural ecosystems at scale. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will act as the execution engine across our engineering and product teams, turning ambitious roadmaps into coordinated, time‑bound programs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional programs from concept to launch.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules, dependency maps, risk logs and status reports.
• Run retrospectives and translate learnings into improved delivery rhythms.
• Partner with Product Managers to turn product requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Ensure technical decisions are aligned with user value and product quality.
• Maintain a roadmap that links quarterly business objectives to sprint‑level milestones.
• Develop deep understanding of Nabat’s technical stack and contribute to architectural reviews.
• Facilitate technical problem‑solving sessions and synthesize outcomes into actionable decisions.
• Communicate progress, risks and blockers to stakeholders and drive alignment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and keep multidisciplinary teams aligned.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey progress and risks to leadership.
• Willingness to develop technical depth in cloud, data pipelines and AI/ML services.
