HSE Manager – Gas Processing & Compression (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environment activities for a gas processing and compression PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role will support the delivery of large‑scale oil and gas assets while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HSE management for gas processing and compression facilities.
• Coordinate safety and environmental compliance across on‑shore and off‑shore project phases.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate HSE best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil & gas experience, including EPC and multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Proven experience on gas pipeline, NGL pipeline networks, and sour‑gas treatment projects.
• At least 8 years working on on‑shore and off‑shore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
