Telesales Executive (Accounting Services)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote our accounting, bookkeeping and VAT services to prospective and existing clients in Dubai. The role focuses on generating leads, nurturing relationships and converting inquiries into sales through phone and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to introduce company services.
• Generate and qualify leads, identifying business opportunities via telephone.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate accounting, bookkeeping, VAT and related services.
• Follow up leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication tools.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, activities and target achievement.
• Handle client queries professionally and deliver accurate service information.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and sales skills.
• Target‑oriented, confident, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow‑ups.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Previous sales experience in the UAE will be preferred.
