About the role
The Telesales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will make outbound calls to promote leasing, buying and off‑plan property opportunities and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify leads, present property options and schedule viewings or follow‑up appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Provide clear information on property features, pricing and handle objections.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while continuously learning about the real‑estate market.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven customer service and support experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Goal‑oriented, able to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools and call systems.
- Proficiency in basic office software for lead management and activity tracking.
