About the role
Join the award‑winning Food & Beverage team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts as a VIP Waiter/Waitress. You will create unforgettable experiences for high‑profile guests in a dynamic, luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
- Maintain impeccable grooming standards and adhere to FIVE’s brand image.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.
- Monitor guest preferences and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting (preferred).
- Professional, polished appearance that aligns with FIVE’s grooming standards.
- Flexible availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a ‘can‑do’ mindset.
